TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion
The “GUESS Denim Bus – Win a $250 GUESS Gift Voucher” promotion (“Promotion”) is conducted by Signal Brands Australia (“Promoter”).
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 11:00am AEST on Saturday, 3 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday, 8 October 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must:
  1. Scan the official GUESS Denim Bus QR code during the Promotion Period;
  2. Complete the entry form with the required details; and
  3. Submit their completed entry before the Promotion closes.
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary to enter.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries from the same person may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Prize
There will be one (1) winner.
The winner will receive:
One (1) GUESS gift voucher valued at AUD $250.
The total prize pool is valued at AUD $250.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The prize must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the GUESS gift voucher.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Draw
The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on Friday, 9 October 2026 at the Promoter’s nominated office or another location determined by the Promoter.
The winner will be selected at random, and the Promoter’s decision is final.
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at the time of entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select another eligible winner.
8. Marketing Communications
Entrants must opt in to receive marketing communications and SMS from GUESS Australia.
Consent to receive marketing communications must be clearly provided by the entrant and may be withdrawn at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in GUESS marketing communications.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of the Promotion will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner.
Where an entrant has separately opted in to receive marketing communications, their personal information may also be used for marketing purposes in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
