Our Black Friday offers can't be used in conjunction with any other offer, promo code or discount. Subscriber and student (UNiDAYS) discounts apply to full-priced styles only, so they won't apply to sale items.
Yes. Sale items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, as long as they're unworn and in their original condition with tags and packaging attached. You can choose a refund, an exchange (Australian orders only) or store credit, and store credit comes with a $5 bonus. A return handling fee is deducted from refunds.
Online orders can also be returned at any GUESS store, except GUESS outlet stores and our concessions in David Jones and Myer. View our returns policy.
Yes. Australian orders over $125 get free standard shipping. Standard shipping is otherwise $8, and express shipping is $10. We also ship to New Zealand, with free shipping on orders over NZ$150. View shipping information.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered in 2–4 business days to East Coast metro areas and 5–7 business days to WA and regional areas. Black Friday is our busiest time of year, so allow a little extra time, especially if you're shopping for Christmas gifts. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
